- A bowl gram flour
- A bowl of dough
- 150 grams of ghee
- 300 grams sugar
- 500 grams of ghee for frying
- To make petha, first of all mix flour and gram flour together in a vessel.
- Now melt the ghee and add 2 teaspoons gram flour and maida to it.
- Knew the flour and gram flour with lukewarm water. Keep in mind that the dough is neither strict nor too soft.
- After kneading the dough, wet a cotton cloth and squeeze and cover the dough and leave it for half an hour.
- After hours, mash the dough and roll it into round shape and its thickness should be half an inch.
- Now cut it in the shape of a long strip like sugar paste.
- After making the petha, add ghee to the pan and heat it.
- Now fry the gram flour in ghee till it turns golden and remove it in a plate and cool it.
- After making petha, put sugar and water in a pan and keep it on the gas to boil.
- When the syrup cooks and starts boiling, add roasted petha and mix it.
- Now take it out of the syrup and spread it in a plate and serve when it cools down.
