  • Boiled Eggs – 5-6
  • Green Chilli – 4
  • Curry Leaf – 5-6
  • Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp
  • Cut onion – 2-3
  • Ginger-garlic paste-1-2 tbsp
  • salt to taste

1. First take 6 eggs and boil them.
2. After this, take a pan and boil it by adding some turmeric, salt and pepper to it.
3. Now boil the eggs and cut it into two parts.
4. Cut the eggs and fry it in masala oil.
5. Keep in mind that if the egg turns brown, fry it.
6. Now add chopped onion, curry leaves, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste to this mixture.
7. Cook the ingredients with a splash.
8. When the onion becomes soft, add red chili powder, black pepper, chaat masala, coriander powder and salt as per taste.
9. After this, mix the ingredients well.
10. When all the spices are mixed, put eggs in it.
11. Then garnish with coriander.
