Today we are going to tell you about Mango Pistachio Kulfi made from this fruit. It is very easy to make. It can be prepared in a few minutes. After eating it in front of the guests who come to the house, you can serve it as a sweet.

Ingredients

1 cup mango cut into pieces

1/2 cup cream

1 cup full cream milk

2 scoop cup vanilla ice cream

4 tsp cardamom

4 tsp pistachio

4 tsp powdered sugar

Recipe

- Make a paste by mixing mango and cardamom.

- Add sugar, milk, and cream to this paste.

- Now add vanilla ice cream to it and blend it well so that it becomes thick.

- Pour this mixture into molds and garnish with pistachios.

- Keep it in the freezer for 7 to 8 hours so that it sets well.

- When it freezes, take it out of the molds and serve.
