Adani Group's Commitment to Spiritual Service

Following its extensive volunteer-driven initiative at the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj earlier this year, the Adani Group is now focusing on another significant religious event in India—the Rath Yatra in Puri, Odisha. This annual nine-day chariot procession at the Lord Jagannath Temple attracts millions of devotees from across the nation and beyond.

The Adani Group's approach to corporate social responsibility transcends traditional areas like infrastructure, education, and healthcare. It increasingly involves active engagement in India's cultural and spiritual landscape, positioning itself not merely as a sponsor but as a dedicated sevak, as stated in a recent release from the organization.

In alignment with Chairman Gautam Adani's profound belief that 'Seva Hi Sadhana Hai' (Service is Worship), the group is launching a comprehensive seva initiative to assist both pilgrims and frontline workers during the Rath Yatra, which runs from June 26 to July 8.

Gautam Adani expressed on his social media platform, 'By the infinite grace of Lord Shri Jagannath Ji, we are honored to serve during the sacred Rath Yatra of Puri Dham. This divine journey, which begins today, is when the Lord comes among His devotees to bestow His divine vision. It is not just a journey but a unique celebration of devotion, service, and surrender.'

He further added, 'On this auspicious occasion, the Adani family is wholeheartedly committed to serving millions of devotees. With the aim that every devotee receives clean, nutritious, and lovingly prepared food, we have initiated the 'Prasad Seva' in Puri Dham. Being part of this holy land of Puri as a servant is a source of immense pride and fulfillment for me and the entire Adani family. I pray that the grace of Lord Shri Jagannath Ji remains with us all forever. Serving humanity is akin to serving the Divine, and such service is a spiritual practice.'
