There are some oils in which frequent cooked food can cause heart diseases, especially heart attack (heart attack).

1. Palm Oil

Due to the price of palm oil, it is used extensively in fast food, snacks and processed foods. Palm oil has high amount of saturated fat, which can increase cholesterol level. 4. Corn oil

Corn oil also contains high amounts of omega-6 fatty acids. This is not beneficial for the heart, especially when it is consumed in large quantities.
