However, with Maa, the audience had high expectations as the trailer had impressed one and all. Also, the makers claimed that the film is 'from the world of Shaitaan', so moviegoers were excited to watch Maa. But, the Vishal Furia directorial has received mixed reviews from the critics and the audience. So, it will be interesting to see how Maa performs at the box office. As per early estimates, the Kajol starrer might collect around Rs. 4-5 crore on its first day. If there's a jump during the night shows, then the collection can be around Rs. 6-7 crore.
