Burger bun – 2
Butter – 1 tbsp
Mushroom – 150 grams
Green onion – 1/3 cup
Onion – 1/3 cup
Garlic – 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Green coriander – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
1. First cut onion, mushrooms and garlic into slices.
2. Then heat the butter on medium heat. When it becomes hot like butter, add garlic, green onion and onion and fry the mixture.
3. Now add mushrooms and fry it on low flame. During this time the mushroom will release water.
4. When the water dries, add chaat masala, black pepper powder, coriander and salt and mix well.
5. Mix the mixture and turn off the gas.
6. Then cut the bun with a knife and make a mushroom filling.
7. After filling the filing of mushrooms, add tomatoes, onions and salad leaves and then add sauce.
8. Now heat the butter on medium heat.
9. Then fry the burger in butter.
10. When it is roasted from one side, fry it from the other side too.
11. Your delicious mushroom burger is ready. Serve with tomato and chili sauce.
