Material for making gourd barfi:
Gourd (grated) – 2 cups
Milk – 1 cup
Khoya (Mawa) – ½ cup

Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Cardamom Powder – ½ teaspoon

How to make gourd barfi

1. Heat ghee and fry the gourd lightly.
2. Add milk and cook until the milk starts drying up.
