Bathua Aloo Paratha Materials
Finely chopped Bathua- 4 cups
Boiled Potatoes – 2-3
Flour – 3 cups
Finely chopped chili – 2-3
Finely chopped onion – 1-2
Garam Masala Powder – 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped garlic – 5-6 buds
Amchur powder – to knew 1 table spoon
Ghee/refine-in-law
Salt – as per taste
How to make Bathua Aloo Paratha
- To make Bathua Paratha, first wash the vegetable of Bathua and finely chop it.
- After this, add flour in a vessel. After this, add salt to the dough and knead it.
- Then boil the potatoes. Heat half a teaspoon of oil in a pan.
- Add Bathua and cook it. Make sure that there is no moisture in it.
- Turn off the gas and allow the greens to cool down completely.
- Peel the potato and mash it.
- Add potato, bathua, onion, chilli, garlic, salt, garam masala powder and mango powder in a pot and mix well
- Cut the dough with dough. Fill the prepared mixture in the middle and roll the paratha.
- Heat the pan and cook the parantha until it becomes golden with the help of ghee or refined oil as required
- Now you can serve it with your favorite pickle or chutney.
