Ingredients for making lassi
Fresh curd – 1.5 cups
Powdered sugar – according to taste
Cold milk – 1/4 cup
Ice cubes – 4-5
Cardamom powder
Saffron or rose water
Mixer or churner
Curd cream to pour on top
Dry fruits

Method

To make lassi, first of all you will need thick curd. If you have a lassi blender, then it is good, otherwise you can also prepare lassi with the help of churner. For this, put cold curd, sugar, cardamom powder, ice cubes and some milk in a large jug or vessel.

Keep in mind that you do not have to add too much milk in it, otherwise the lassi will become thin, which will spoil its taste. The most important feature of Dhaba style lassi is its thickness.

Put all the things in a vessel or mixer jar and now mix it well. When it is blended properly, it will start foaming. When it is blended properly, pour the lassi in a glass.

Now add thick curd cream on top and garnish it with chopped dry fruits. If you want, you can also add rose water or a few strands of saffron. The lassi is ready. If you want, keep it in the fridge for a while, then serve it.
