1 cup thick yogurt
1 small carrot (grated)

1/4 teaspoon Oregono or Mix Herbs (if available)
1 teaspoon of mayonnaise or cheese spread (optional, to enhance taste)
4-6 bread slices (White/Brown/Multigrain-which is at home)
Butter (to bake, optional)
Recipe
- First of all, put the curd in a clean muslin or cotton cloth and hang it for 30-40 minutes so that all the water comes out.
- Now take this thick curd in a bowl and add carrots, capsicum, onion, salt, pepper, and herbs to it.
- If you want, you can also mix mayonies or cheese spreads in it to increase the taste.
- Mix all the things well so that a creamy mix is ready.
- Now take a bread slices and spread this mixture well. Make sandwiches by placing another slices on top.
- If you want, apply some butter on the pan and bake it lightly from both sides, or toast in a toaster.
- Now cut it into small triangles or square pieces and keep it in the child's lunchbox.
What is the health value of curd sandwich?
Yogurt is rich in protein, calcium and probiotic, which helps in strengthening children's bones and digestion. Also, when vegetables are added to it, it becomes a complete mile. As you want, you can use multiigraine or holvate bread so that the recipe becomes even more healthy.
Also, if the child prefers the thing, you can put a little grated thing from the top or keep the slices in the sandwich. But keep in mind that the quantity of cheese is limited because more thing can increase fat.

With curd sandwich, you can also place things like fruit salad, makhana, roasted gram or homemade granola bar in the baby's tiffin.
