RPSC OTR Registration: The Rajasthan government has taken strict action against the candidates who are repeatedly absent in government recruitment examinations. According to the circular issued by the Department of Personnel (A-2) on 9 May 2025, the One Time Registration (OTR) of those who are absent in the examination without any prior information will be temporarily blocked.

Applications are being filled without giving the exam, and the load on the arrangements is increasing.

According to the state government, under the OTR system implemented from 19 April 2023, by taking a one-time registration fee, the candidates have been given the facility to apply in various recruitment examinations without depositing the fee again and again. After this arrangement, a large number of such candidates have also started applying, who do not have the qualification or experience for the concerned post and do not even appear in the examination. This is putting unnecessary pressure on the examination system administratively and financially.

OTR blocked if absent twice in a financial year

According to the new rule of the government, if a candidate does not appear in two recruitment examinations within a financial year (1 April to 31 March), then his OTR will be blocked for online application.

The fee will have to be paid for reactivation.

If blocked for the first time, a fee of 750 will have to be paid to reactivate OTR. If, even after this the candidate remains absent in two more examinations in the same financial year, then he will have to pay 1500 to activate OTR next time.

Don't want to go to the exam? Inform in advance, you will get relief from the fee

If a candidate cannot appear in the exam due to any special reason, then he will have to inform the concerned recruitment agency under the prescribed procedure at least one month before the exam. By doing this, the candidate can get an exemption from fee payment.
