In the midst of India’s current war with Pakistan, women’s top batswoman Smriti Mandhana and star all-rounder Hardik Pandya paid their tribute to the Indian military. In response to the growing cross-border tensions between the two nations, Mandhana and Pandya joined the cricket community.

In light of the prevailing Indo-Pak tensions, the BCCI has halted the IPL 2025 for one week. According to the BCCI, when the nation is reacting to a terror incident, the national interest takes precedence over all other factors.
