Ingredients
Curd – 1/2 cup
Cucumber – 2
Green chilli – 1-2
Roasted cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
Mint leaves – 1 tbsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Method
- First of all, put the curd in a mixing bowl and beat it well for 1 minute with the help of a spoon.
- When the thickness of the curd goes away, add finely chopped green chilli, sugar, roasted cumin, and black salt and mix it.
- Now keep the curd aside for some time and during this time peel the cucumber. After this, grate the cucumber in a bowl.
- When the cucumber is grated, put it in the mixing bowl containing curd and mix it well with the help of a spoon.
- After this, add finely chopped coriander to the curd-cucumber salad and mix. Curd-cucumber salad is ready.
- If you want, you can keep the salad in the fridge for some time before eating. Garnish the salad with mint leaves before serving.
