Both Chelsea and Manchester United aren’t counting on Jadon Sancho for the upcoming season, but he’s still a popular figure in the Bundesliga.
The Sun report Bayer Leverkusen are interested in signing Jadon Sancho this summer. The former Bundesliga starlet has lost his spark ever since his big-money move to Manchester United in 2021.
Borussia Dortmund had him on a loan deal when they reached the Champions League final last season, but they decided against matching his parent club’s asking price (believed to be in the range of €30 million).
After his mediocre campaign with Chelsea, the Red Devils could reduce his price in the upcoming transfer window. English media outlets revealed that the former Three Lions player has no future at either Premier League club.
According to The Sun, Dortmund and Leverkusen could get the player for around €23 million. However, his big salary could be an issue for both clubs. To see the winger back in the Bundesliga, Sancho needs to significantly reduce his annual €16 million salary.
