India-Pak Tensions Live: The Indian Army on Monday said the night remained largely peaceful in Jammu and Kashmir and other areas along the international border after days of tensions with Pakistan. "No incident has been reported, marking the first calm night in recent days," the Indian Army said.

The border areas saw calm for the first night after four days of intense cross-border drone and missile strikes that brought the two countries teetering on the edge of full-scale war. India launched Operation Sindoor on May 7 to destroy nine terror sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) in retaliation for the Pahalgam terror attack. This was followed by drone attacks by Pakistan in border districts, including Jammu, Amritsar, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Ferozpur and Kutch.

This is seen as the worst fight between the two nations in nearly three decades.

Both nations agreed to a ceasefire on Saturday, but Pakistan violated the agreement just hours after announcing it. On Sunday, the Indian military sent a "hotline message" to Pakistan about violations of a ceasefire agreed this week and informed it of New Delhi's intent to respond if it was repeated.

India Killed 100 Terrorists In Pakistan

The Indian military on Sunday said India eliminated over 100 terrorists, including high-value targets such as Yusuf Azhar, Abdul Malik Rauf and Mudasir Ahmed, were eliminated during Operation Sindoor on May 7.

Nine terror targets were identified after careful deliberations, and they were hit using precision weapons, Director General of Military Operations Lt Gen Rajiv Ghai said at a media briefing.

He said the Pakistan Army is reported to have lost 35 to 40 personnel between May 7 and 10 in the military offensives between the two sides.

The DGMO said Chief of Army Staff Gen Upendra Dwivedi conducted a security review, and has granted "full authority to our Army commanders for counter-actions in the kinetic domain, in case of any violation by Pakistan".
