Dannii Minogue, during her appearance on ITV's Lorraine, seemed to accidentally reveal a secret about her elder sister Kylie to Andi Peters. On Monday, May 12, Andi was in charge after both host Lorraine Kelly and her regular substitute Ranvir Singh were hospitalised.

Andi, speaking to the pop star and former X Factor judge, was eager to gather all the details about Dannii's new show I Kissed A Boy. The show was so well-received during its first season that a second series is set to premiere on BBC Three and iPlayer.

I Kissed A Boy features Dannii as the ultimate matchmaker in the first-ever gay dating show. Ten new singles will join the programme in hopes of finding their perfect match, but they'll have to share a passionate kiss during their initial meeting.

While discussing the upcoming second season, Dannii tried to keep the show's details under wraps but inadvertently let slip something about her sister Kylie.

The successful singer disclosed that the Spinning Around artist is a huge fan and "couldn't wait" for each episode. Dannii confessed that she would send Kylie edits before they were broadcast, reports .

Realising she might have revealed too much, Dannii said: "I don't know if I am allowed to say this but I do send her [Kylie] links before it's [I kissed A Boy] all out."

The BBC Three presenter elaborated: "Because it is each week, you get two more episodes on the Sunday and Monday night, and she can't wait."

On another segment of the programme, the spotlight turned to Andi, who unexpectedly took on the role of ITV's main presenter. The conversation revealed that Ranvir Singh, who was set to cover for Lorraine Kelly during her recovery from surgery, had a health scare of her own after being raced to hospital with a ruptured appendicitis.

Dr Hilary Jones joined Andi on set to delve into the seriousness of the condition, cautioning viewers that Ranvir faced a potential "sepsis" risk and emphasised that it can be "life-threatening".

The TV reveal came after Ranvir shared her ordeal on social media, notifying fans: "I'm off air - all good - at 1030am I feel this sudden stomach ache. I stay in bed all day. Turns out I had a ruptured appendix and had urgent surgery at midnight on Thursday."

She humorously recounted her post-operative state: "Woke up 5am on Friday morning, high on anaesthetic and certain I could get into work to host the show as normal [laughing emoji]."

Reflecting on the aftermath, Ranvir posted: "Pretty nasty few days, the bacteria had spread and infected my blood etc and told to take this week off by @jadeens I'm sore and shuffling around, can't drive for a week, and no exercise for 4 weeks (! ) so really it's the boredom that will kill me! Ps. Anyone else have this horrendous shoulder pain afterwards? It's mad isn't it."
