
Thousands of students and families across are relieved and celebrating the official announcement of the Class 10 Board Results for 2025 by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). 93.66% of pupils passed the Class 10 examinations this year, which is a little gain over the 93.60% pass rate from the previous year. With a remarkable pass rate of 95.00% compared to 92.63% for males, girls have once again surpassed boys in academic performance. Additionally, transgender applicants achieved a remarkable 95.00% pass percentage.
With a 99.86% pass rate, Kerala and Tamil Nadu led the way in regional academic achievement. Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Goa were next in line with 99.83%, 99.73%, and 99.41%, respectively. These findings demonstrate how consistently excellent academic standards are seen in southern states.
In the board exams, 45,516 students (1.92% of examinees) obtained more than 95%, while 199,944 students received scores over 90%. In contrast, 141,353 students—or 5.96% of all candidates—were assigned to the compartment group.
Outstanding performance was also shown by students in the Children with Special Needs (CWSN) category. 8,795 of the 9,248 enrolled students succeeded, yielding an impressive 96.02% pass rate that highlights their tenacity and willpower.
In addition to congratulating all of the children who passed the CBSE Class 10 and 12 examinations, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised their dedication, discipline, and tenacity.
