CBSE Tele-Counseling 2025: CBSE has taken a commendable initiative to reduce the mental stress arising among the students after the release of the results of class 10th and 12th examinations. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started a telecounseling service for students from May 13 to May 28, 2025, so that students can talk to the counselor without any charge.

Consult experts from 8 am to 10 pm.

Students can now consult experts by calling toll toll-free number 1800-11-8004 from 8 am to 10 pm. The operators available on this helpline will answer the general questions of the students, while trained counselors and psychologists will help solve their mental problems.

A total of 65 experts have been appointed under this initiative, of which 51 are from different parts of India, and 14 international counselors are providing services in Nepal, Japan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait. This service will help students overcome stress, self-doubt, and anxiety related to the result.

Students can also visit the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in to get more information about exam stress coping tips and helplines. This telecounselling service will not only provide relief to students but also help them move forward with confidence.
