New Delhi: Jaya Kishori, an Indian spiritual and motivational speaker, singer, and social reformer took to her Instagram handle and shared a message that blends emotional honesty with faith. Her post reflects the anxiety that many Indians are experiencing amid the tensions the country is facing.

She shares a picture of Lord Krishna and writes, “Lately, nights have been tough full of worry, restlessness, and unanswered thoughts. I’ve been lying awake, turning from side to side, wondering when things will start to get better.

While tossing and turning,

I looked at a photo near my bed.

And then something beautiful happened.

The first soft ray of sunlight from the morning came through the curtain and touched his chin. It felt like he was softly saying, “I’m here.”

In that calm moment, I felt his presence and while looking at Him, I got this feeling of surrender and finally fell asleep. It was an unexpected darshan, one I’ll always remember.”

In Chaos and Crisis, Krishna’s Presence Offers Strength

For believers in Krishna, he represents clarity during chaos and courage in tough times. In the Mahabharat, Krishna did not stop the war; instead, he supported the truth to ensure righteousness won. Similarly, Jaya Kishori’s message tells her followers that even in dark and uncertain times, Krishna is there — watching, guiding and helping those who follow the path of dharma.

Her message is especially relevant now, as many seek emotional and spiritual support amid global unrest. It is a timely call to faith, asking the Lord not to take away the troubles but to give strength in facing them.

Krishna and mahabharata

In the Mahabharata, Krishna played an important role in the Kurukshetra War, even though he did not fight. He was Arjuna’s charioteer and guide, giving him divine advice and motivation. He also shared the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita.
