On Thursday, actor Anupam Kher posted stills from his red carpet stroll at the 78th Cannes Film Festival.

Anupam posted many photos of his red carpet attire on his Instagram account as he made his way inside the auditorium for the movie showing. On May 17, “Tanvi The Great,” the actor’s second directorial, will be shown at the 78th Cannes Film Festival.

The “Saaransh” star wore a black tuxedo and a bow tie in accordance with Cannes 2025’s formal dress code. As he welcomed his admirers on the red carpet, the celebrity looked dapper.

He captioned the images with the words “Red Carpet!” to denote his appearance at the esteemed Cannes Film Festival in 2025.

Kher, meanwhile, introduced Abhishek Dixit and Ankur Suman, two writers of his next film, “Tanvi The Great,” on his Instagram account. Kher has been sharing highlights from his stay at the festival with his admirers.

Kher states in the video, “On the 17th, our film Tanvi The Great will have its international debut. However, I thought I’d introduce you to this movie’s other two authors. Let me begin by introducing you. Abhishek Dixit ji is here. He continues, “And this is Ankur Suman ji.”

Additionally, Kher has been sharing a number of pictures from Cannes. The actor posted a number of images earlier in the day showing everyone dressed in suits. Additionally, debutante Shubhangi Dutt, who portrays Tanvi in the movie, was included in one of the photos.

Important characters are played by Jackie Shroff, Arvind Swami, and Boman Irani. Iain Glen, who starred in Game of Thrones, also appears in the movie.

Resul Pookutty, the Academy Award-winning sound designer who worked on Slumdog Millionaire, created the soundtrack for Tanvi The Great.

In partnership with NFDC, Anupam Kher Studios is producing it. Tanvi The Great’s release date has not yet been disclosed.
