The 70-year-old actor is seen kissing a 42-year-old actress on the lips. In the next frame he is shown romancing another 42-year-old actress. Thug Life has received mixed reactions from netizens as a section of people has criticised the actor for being physically involved with actresses almost half his age. Others have supported the actor saying that the scenes are a demand of the plot and he is just acting. Talking about the viral kiss scene from Thug Life Haasan is seen in the frame with actress Abhirami also known as Divya Gopikumar. Many might be wondering who the actress is. Let us tell you Abhirami has previously worked with Kamal Haasan in Virumaandi. They have also collaborated closely in Vishwaroopam and Vishwaroopam 2 where Haasan served as the director. Over the years Abhirami has made her mark in multiple languages like Telugu Malayalam and Kannada films. She was seen in films like Maara Vettaiyan Jolly O Gymkhana Once Upon A Time in Madras Sradha Charlie Chaplin and Virumaandi. She took a 10-year-long break and returned to film industry in 2014.
