issued a blunt eight-word warning to a photographer on the day of Meghan Markle's wedding to Prince Harry in 2018. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex wed in Windsor in 2018 and were joined by a number of Harry's royal relatives.

The Windsor wedding was a huge star-studded occasion, however the official wedding portraits just contained the couple's nearest and dearest royal relatives. Meghan, 43, and Harry, 40, chose their own photographer and opted to use Alexi Lubomirski, who had previously taken their engagement portraits.

The photographer was believed to have been delighted to have such a privilege, and has since shared some behind-the-scenes information of what happened on the big day.

As Lubomirski recalled on social media how the photo session was running behind.

He said he informed the late Queen and said: "I'm terribly sorry your Majesty, we're going to be about five minutes."

The photographer then said she gave him a simple eight-word warning. He said: "She looked at me and said, 'It's not me you need to worry about'."

As she made the comment, she is believed to have nodded towards her husband Prince Philip, who was known to struggle with his patience.

Lubomirski also said that Harry gave him advice on the big day to "be quick" as his grandparents had so many photographs taken in their lives that they could both become impatient.

Harry reportedly said: "They've taken many pictures in their life, it's not their 'fun' part. So if you don't get it quickly, they're going to just move out."

The portraits ended up going smoothly, making for a nice family photograph that will no doubt remind Harry and Meghan of the happiness of the day.
