Setu Bandhasana
This asana opens the chest and improves the respiratory system. It activates lungs and hearts. Increases oxygen supply.
Bhujangasana
This back bending posture reduces stress and reduces pressure on the heart. This increases the capacity of the lungs and improves the breathing process.
Triangasana
This asana spreads the body and increases the capacity of the chest, which makes it possible to take deep breath and benefits the heart.
Semi -fishery
This asana improves digestion and increases blood circulation around the chest and spine. This improves the activity of the heart.
