
Idli is quite popular as a South Indian dish. Its lovers can be found in every corner of the country. Generally, it is eaten as breakfast or as a snack during the day. Like Idli, Tawa Idli is also a favorite dish of many people. People who eat spicy food like it a lot. If you are fond of spicy food, then you can think about it. It can also be prepared from the leftover idlis from the night. If you want to make it for children, then its spiciness can be reduced. It can be kept in the children's tiffin box. It gets ready in minutes. If you have not made this dish to date, then it is okay. Follow the method given by us, so that there will be no problem.

Ingredients
Idli – 8-10
Onion finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Tomatoes chopped – 1/2 cup
Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Pav bhaji masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Method
- First of all, take idli and cut them into big pieces. After this, finely chop onion and coriander leaves and prepare garlic paste.
- Now take a non-stick pan, add 1 tbsp butter to it, and heat it on medium flame. After the butter melts, add finely chopped onion and fry while stirring.
- When the onion starts to look transparent, add finely chopped tomatoes to it and cook. Tomatoes will become soft in one to two minutes.
- After this, add turmeric, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala, and garam masala to the pan, mix well, and sauté.

- After some time, add 1-2 teaspoons of water and salt as per taste and mix. Cook the mixture for one more minute.
- Now add lemon juice and coriander leaves to this mixture and mix well and after cooking for some time, add idli pieces.
- Now mix the idli well with the masala with the help of a spoon. Then stir and sauté the idli for 1-2 minutes and then turn off the gas.
- Now take out the tawa idli in a plate. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve the tasty tawa idli.
