
Granny’s skin care tips: Bollywood actress Jaya Bachchan had talked about her skin care in her granddaughter Navya Nanda’s podcast that her grandmother used to make a paste which used to leave the dirt as soon as she used to apply on the skin. To prepare this paste, she used some things in the house, including flour.

If you also want to enhance the skin, you can use this paste. It also relieves the face as well as tanning. It also works as a scrub.
Jaya Bachchan told that her grandmother used to make this scrub without any chemical. She used to prepare paste by mixing cream, turmeric and flour to make scrub. Jaya Bachchan’s grandmother used to rub this paste on her skin. Due to which the dirt deposited on the skin was left out.
Scrub makes the skin exfoliate well, causing dead skin cells to come out. In such a situation, scrub made of flour helps in improving the skin.
To clean the dirt, prepare the scrub by mixing honey and coffee. Rub it on the skin and wash and clean it. You can also use it as a facepack.
Apart from this, gram flour and curd are also great for cleaning the dirt. Make a paste by mixing a bowl of gram flour and curd. Then add a pinch of turmeric to it. Applying this paste removes dead cells and also reduces tanning.

Apart from this, multani mitti can also be used to clean the dirt. A paste can also be prepared by mixing aloe vera gel in multani mitti. Applying this paste on the skin like a scrub or like a face pack also improves the skin.
