The month of June has now started in the summer season. In this month, the heat is at the peak somewhere, then there is a knock of rain in some parts. It is very important to take care of health in such changing weather. The body requires all vitamins and minerals in which vitamin D is the most powerful vitamin. It is also called ‘vitamin of sunlight’, while the body gets benefit from sunlight.

Vitamin D is fulfilled by sunlight, this vitamin makes our bones strong and is very important for our health. But it is also not good for the face to stay in the sun. Sunscreen keeps the face protected from the scorching heat or else your face may scorch.

The body gets vitamin D from the sun

Let me tell you that the body gets plenty of vitamin D from sunlight. It is said that UVB rays (Parabanonic B rays) fall on our skin, then our body itself starts making vitamin D. Where you apply sunscreen to avoid more sunlight, then it does not get the benefit. If the sun’s rays stop reaching our skin, then perhaps our body will not be able to make vitamin D.

Why not allow sunscreen to become vitamin D

Let us tell you that, we use sunscreen to protect the face and body parts from sunlight. If a person applies a lot of SPF sunscreen properly and well on every body part, then the UVB acts like a shield to stop the sun’s UVB rays. By the way, sun screen is usually applied on the face, rarely on the rest of the body. They also put very thin layers on the face. For this reason, a little UVB rays reach the skin even after applying sunscreen and vitamin D is formed.

A study also says that, even though people apply high SPF sunscreen, the essential vitamin D is made in their body. This means that sunscreen definitely stops the rays of the sun, but do not completely stop becoming vitamin D.

Know when to take vitamin D

It would be necessary to take vitamin D to strengthen the bones of the body. To fulfill vitamin, spend a little time (about 10 to 15 minutes) in the morning in the morning without applying sunscreen in the morning time. If the heat of the sun becomes too fast, then put a thin layer of sunscreen on the face so that the sunlight can be avoided. Apart from the light of the sun, you can also take vitamin D by adding some foods to your diet. Vitamin D is found in some foods such as eggs, fatty fish (such as salmon), milk and grains.
