But now the rainy season is about to stop and we will have to face scorching sun and intense heat again. Recently, the Meteorological Department has released the latest update regarding the upcoming weather.
The Meteorological Department (IMD Weather Update) has informed that scorching heat can be seen in the next few days. During this time, the maximum temperature can be recorded up to 43 degrees Celsius. Let’s know what the weather will be like in the next six days –
IMD told what will be the temperature – According to the Meteorological Department (IMD Weather update), today the minimum temperature in Delhi has been recorded at 24.6 degrees Celsius, which is 2.2 degrees less than the average of this season. IMD has issued a yellow alert for thunderstorm and rain during the day. At the same time, the maximum temperature is expected to be around 36 degrees Celsius.
What will the weather be like after June 6?
The weather department has issued a fresh update and said that the period of storms and rain will end after Friday, i.e. June 6. Light clouds may appear in the sky tomorrow and the maximum temperature may remain between 36 to 38 degrees. At the same time, the minimum is expected to be between 24 to 26 degrees Celsius. The sky will remain clear from Saturday to Wednesday. During these days, the havoc of strong sunlight and heat will be seen.
According to the weather department, the maximum temperature on June 7 is expected to be between 38 to 40 degrees and the minimum temperature can be between 25 to 27 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the temperature may increase rapidly from June 8. On Sunday, the maximum temperature (Delhi Temperature) can be between 39 to 41 degrees and the minimum temperature can be recorded between 26 to 28 degrees Celsius. No significant change will be seen in the temperature on June 9.
According to IMD, on June 10, the maximum temperature can rise to 41 to 43 degrees and there will be no change in the minimum temperature (Delhi Temperature). At the same time, on Wednesday, June 11, the maximum temperature can remain between 41 to 41 degrees and the minimum temperature is likely to remain between 26 to 28 degrees Celsius.
AQI remained in medium category
According to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Delhi’s air quality index (AQI) was in the ‘moderate’ category at 146 at 9 am on Thursday. An AQI between zero and 50 is considered ‘good’, 51 to 100 ‘satisfactory’, 101 to 200 ‘moderate’, 201 to 300 ‘poor’, 301 to 400 ‘very poor’ and 401 to 500 ‘severe’.
