Team India has begun a focused 10-day training camp, where players are putting in the hard yards to get match-ready.
Head coach Gautam Gambhir was seen closely interacting with the support staff and senior all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who is the most experienced player in the current squad. With a relatively young side under new captain Shubman Gill, Jadeja is expected to play a key on-field leadership role.
There’s growing speculation that Jadeja could gradually transition into a leadership or team management capacity, signaling his potential involvement beyond just playing duties.
