Sports News Desk. The IPL 2025 (IPL 2025) has recently concluded, where RCB (RCB) has become champions by defeating Punjab Kings (PBKS). With the successful organization of IPL 18 season, BCCI has earned a hefty. According to an estimate, BCCI has earned around Rs 12,000 crore from IPL 2025.

Along with organizing IPL, revenue for BCCI comes from various sources. The largest and most attractive source is broadcast fee, which is Rs 9687 crore, ie about Rs 130.7 crore per match. The separation of digital authorities from television rights by BCCI has further increased their income.

Explain that the rights of television were with Star Sports, while Digital Rights were with Viacom 1, owned by Reliance Industries Limited. The T20 League’s main sponsor is the Tata group, which has extended its sponsored deal with IPL for Rs 2,500 crore from 2024 to 2028 and for five years. In such a situation, 500 crores were given by Tata for 2025 session.

Apart from this, BCCI has given other sponsors such as Associate Partners- My 11 Circle, Angel One, RuPay; Along with this, the Strategic Timeout Partner earned from CAET, official partners Wonder Cement and Orange Purple Cap Partner Aramco.

Also, BCCI has earned from the sales of tickets. The BCCI is distributed between each team where sponsorship and ticketing revenue gets 20 percent and licensed revenue 12.5 percent, the remaining amount is distributed among the franchisees. It is worth mentioning that in 2024, the BCCI allegedly earned Rs 20,686 crore, it announced a revenue of Rs 16., 493 crore in the financial year in 2023.
