
BJP MLA T Raja Singh has lodged a formal complaint with the Mangalhat police station after reportedly receiving multiple threatening calls on June 12, 2025. Singh claims that he received nine calls from different phone numbers within a span of six minutes, between 4:11 PM and 4:17 PM.
In his complaint, Singh stated, "I am writing to bring to your urgent attention the continued and escalating threat to my life and the safety of my family. Despite my previous complaints over the past week, today (12-06-2025), I again received multiple threatening calls on my mobile number.
He further alleged that the callers issued bomb threats, death threats, and used abusive language. Singh has requested immediate police intervention and strict legal action to ensure the safety of himself and his family. "These calls involved severe life threats, bomb threats, and the use of highly abusive and unpardonable language... I request you to initiate strict legal action and ensure my and my family's safety," he said.
