Reliance jio services: Crores of Jio users of the country suffered a major setback on Monday afternoon when the services of Reliance Jio suddenly were interrupted. Services like mobile internet, geofiber and voice calling came to a standstill in many cities, causing users to face trouble. However, now the company has officially confirmed that all services have been restored.

According to the data of the dowdatector, this outage of Jio Network was more serious than normal. On social media too, users expressed their displeasure over this problem. Especially big cities like Kerala, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Kochi and Chandigarh were affected by this.

54% complaints were connected to mobile internet

27% of users spoke of obstruction of Geofiber service

19% complaints were to mobile network connectivity

When did the disturbances, how long did the effect remain?

According to reports, around 12:30 pm on Monday afternoon, there was a huge jump in complaints. The dowdater said that the number of complaints was many times more than normal time, which made it clear that it was not a general technical disturbance, but a broad outage.

As soon as the services were interrupted, the users moved to the social media platform X (East Twitter) and expressed their displeasure. Some users pulled up Jio through mimes, while some openly sought answers from the company. One user wrote- The closure of the internet amidst the work is nothing short of a nightmare. Jio’s response when services stalled

Reliance Jio said in an official statement that our services have now been completely restored. We regret our customers for the inconvenience. Our technical team has resolved the problem by taking quick action.

Some users on social media have still complained about disrupting services in Kerala. However, no explanation has come from the company on the state.
