In June, there is a season of vegetables like Torai, Tinde, Bhendi Karela. But out of this, people start running away as soon as they sees Torai Tinde. Children do not like the taste of these vegetables at all. On seeing these vegetables kept in the plate, children start making their mouths. In such a situation, you can add some new flavors to these vegetables. Eat these vegetables, not normal but stuffed. The taste of stuffed Torai and stuffed tinde looks quite tasty. Children will also like stuffed Torai and Tinde. Know the recipe of stuffed Torai and Tinde.
Stuffed Torai Recipe
- To make stuffed luffa, take half a kilo of luffa and wash them and clean them. Now put a cut in the middle to fill the masala in the lorai and leave it lighter from the bottom. To make it stuffed, cut the lie to the lady finger.
- To make spices for luffa, grate 4 buds garlic and 1 small onion. Mix fennel, ground coriander, lala chilli, turmeric, salt in the pawn. You can also add stuffed masala found in the market.
- Fill this spice prepared masala on the cut place of Torai. Now add oil to the pan and then add spices filled with spices. Cook the luffa until it melts on low heat. Spicy stuffed Torai is ready.
Stuffed tinda recipe
- To make stuffed tinde, you wash and peel the tinde and cut it with two cut crosses. Leave the tinde connected from the bottom. So that the spice is filled well.
- Tinde spice is also to be prepared like this. Add 1 onion, 4 bud garlic, all dried spices turmeric, salt, coriander, red chili, fennel and some mango powder. Mix all the things and fill it in the tind.
- Place the pan on the gas and add mustard oil. Add filled tinde to it and cook till it melts. The tinde has to be cooked on low heat. Serve the vegetable by adding finely chopped coriander over above.
