During Day 1 of the India vs England Test at Headingly, Leeds, there was a brotherly moment between the Indian skipper Shubman Gill and the opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, where Gill fed banana to Jaiswal with his hands while Jaiswal was being treated.

The physio entered carrying an ice pack and began working on both of Jaiswal's arms. One arm was massaged, and the other had the ice pack on it.
During this break, a sweet and heartwarming moment occurred on the field. Captain Shubman Gill, who was batting at the opposite end, peeled off a banana and took a bite. Jaiswal, who's both the hands were being treated, requested Gill to feed him the banana. With no hesitation, Gill offered the banana to Jaiswal, there in the middle of the ground. This act was enjoyed by the fans and commentators alike and reflected the close friendship between the two.
