Daily yoga sessions were conducted starting 11 June 2025 as a run-up to IDY-25 to promote mental and physical wellness
Common Yoga Protocol sessions took place in unique settings such as ships, beaches, parade grounds, aircraft hangars, and parks
Naval personnel, their families, defence civilians, and foreign trainees actively participated in the celebrations
The community utilised the Namaste Yoga app and attended virtual sessions hosted by the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga
