Magic and skin care of monsoon
Monsoon season: This time is to get relief from the heat, when the rains refreshed the earth. Everyone likes to enjoy the rain, but this season also brings challenges for your skin and hair. Wet and moist air can cause problems such as skin allergies, hyper-pigmentation, and hair curlyness.
Use anti-fungal powder to protect the skin from infection during the rainy season and always keep your skin dry. Change wet clothes or shoes immediately. These small remedies will help keep your skin healthy. Skin and hair may cause lethargy due to high humidity.
Therefore, I always change my skincare and haurcare routine according to the season. I keep a tonic of rose water in the fridge, so that I can soak the cotton pad and make a cool tonic. It gives freshness to the skin.
For monsoon face masks, mix 3 teaspoons of oats with egg white, honey and curd. If you do not want egg whiteness, add rose water or orange juice. For hair care, tea and lemon juice gives a wonderful glow when the final rinse.
You should drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day and use moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated. Sometimes, I apply whitewash before my shampoo, which not only gives the body to the hair, but it is also a great cleanser.
In the monsoon, the body loses fluid through sweat, so drinking fresh fruit juice and lemonade is beneficial. Home remedies are the best option for minor diseases.
