

India Yamah Motor Private Limited (IYM) organized the ‘Yamaa National 3S Grand Prix 2024-25’ competition at the national level. This skill -based competition was organized for employees of dealerships across the country. The purpose of the competition was to honor the employees who make the sales, service, service and spares.

The competition was important towards making the service of the Yamaha Dealership. This year, a total of five categories of technicians, service advisors, tele-collar (new category), parts manager and sales consultant participated in the number of employees. The competition was held in three phases. Regional Round (August-September 2), Zonal Round (February-March 2) and Final National Championship (May 1).
The final national round was held on May 7 and 8 in the premises of Yamah in Surajpur (Greater Noida). From this, the top 5 winners were declared from each category. Significantly, the representative in the technician range will represent India in the World Technician Grand Prix in Japan on November 7. The employees involved in the competition were evaluated according to their dialogue skills, technical knowledge, consumer services, grievance redressal, stock management and the ability to serve in different situations.
