Raw Banana – 2
Mustard grains – 1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida – a pinch

salt to taste
Oil – 1–2 tbsp

How to make raw banana vegetable
1. Boil the banana and peel and cut into pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and asafoetida.
3. Add turmeric, chili and boiled bananas. Add salt.
4. Fry for a few minutes until the spices mix well.
5. Add green coriander and serve hot.
