Popular television actress Dipika Kakar has been diagnosed with a liver tumor , leaving her fans, friends, and colleagues deeply concerned. Jayati Bhatia , Dipika’s former co-star from the hit show Sasural Simar Ka , reacted to the news by expressing her concern and support. While talking to Tellymasala, she shared that she has spoken to both Dipika and Shoaib, and is sending them her heartfelt prayers and love, hoping for Dipika’s speedy recovery .
Reacting to the news of Dipika's illness, Jayati told Tellymasala, "When I woke up I saw Shoaib’s Instagram story and clicked on the link. I saw his vlog where he looked quite distressed and after listening to him, I was shocked. Main ghabra gayi...(I was very worried and couldn’t understand who he was talking about but when he revealed that my Simar aka Dipika is not keeping well and the scans, tests showed a tennis ball size tumor in her liver. Tennis ball is a very big tumor, it is very big."
The seasoned actress, who played Dipika's on-screen mother-in-law in her debut Sasural Simar Ka, revealed she immediately dropped a message to both Dipika and Shoaib after learning about the news, "I don’t know how she managed to bear the pain and how she was feeling with that tumor for so many days. But I’m relieved that they have learnt about the tumor at the right time. Shoaib has mentioned in his vlog that Dipika will be undergoing a surgery. I’ve messaged both Dipika and Shoaib. I didn’t want to disturb them by calling them so I messaged both my Simar and Shoaib. It told them I’m praying, and everything will be fine. I’m sending my energy, good vibes, blessings and wishes to them. I know everything will be fine."
Jayati Bhatia further shared that she is confident Dipika will recover very soon and called her a good soul. "Yes, both Shoaib and Dipika replied to my message. I’m worried and I hope that everything will be fine. I know everything will be fine and nothing bad will happen. Dipika is a good child, a good soul. Aur usne humesha dusron ke baare mein bhala he socha hai... (She has always done good to others). So sab accha he hoga, she concluded."
