Makhania lassi
Material: 250 grams of thick curd, 2 big spoon ground sugar, 2 tablespoons white Makhan (without salt), wet saffron, 2 drops of kevra water, the spoonful of cardamom powder, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios, cashew pieces, ice cubes.
Method: Add curd and sugar to a bowl and beat. Add saffron, cardamom powder, kevra water, cashew, almond, pistachio, makhan and ice cube. Add lassi to the glass and serve it cold by adding Makhan, wet saffron, almonds, pistachios.
Lichi Mogu Mogu
Material: 7 litchi, 2 spoon rose sorbet, 1 spoon lemon
Of juice, 1 cup of water.
