WhatsApp Schedule call Feature: Meta-owned messaging platform WhatsApp has released a great feature for its users. Now, users can schedule calls on their WhatsApp. It works exactly like a reminder. Users can now schedule calls in their WhatsApp Group Chats. This feature is especially helpful for those who often forget important calls or meetings. It will also work to remind anyone of birthdays. How does the new feature work? Know the step-by-step process.

What is the call scheduling feature?

The new feature of WhatsApp allows users to set a particular time and date for Voice-Video Calling within the group chat itself. When you schedule a call, its notification goes to all the members of the group. You also get a reminder 15 minutes before the call starts.

How to reschedule calls on WhatsApp?

First of all, open WhatsApp
Now open Group Chats, there you will see the option of a call schedule
On the chat screen, tap on the call icon in the top right corner
Now you will see the option of 'Schedule Call', select it
On the next screen, enter a subject or topic for your call
Select your date and time for the call from there
You also have to select whether you want to make a video call or a voice call.
Now click on the option of 'Schedule'
After following this process, your call will be scheduled as an event in the group chat. The rest of the group members will be able to see this event, and they will also get a notification before the call time.

The new feature is officially useful for professionals who use WhatsApp for team meetings, students who do group study, and family and friends who join group calls. Currently, this call scheduling service is mainly made available for group chats.
