
On June 26, fitness icon and Indian supermodel Milind Soman kicked off the 5th edition of The Fit Indian Run. This year’s edition features a gruelling 558-kilometre solo journey on foot and bicycle from Mumbai to Goa, spanning five days of ruthless endurance and unwavering determination.

Starting early morning from Shivaji Park, Dadar, Milind officially flagged off The Fit Indian Run 2025 mission with the same energy and purpose that have made him a symbol of healthy living and mental strength.
The 59-years-old is all set to cover the scenic but tough terrains along the Konkan coastline. Milind will pass through Pen, Kolad, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, and Kankavli and ultimately reach Panjim, Goa, in five days.
On his jaw-dropping journey, Soman is accompanied by his beloved wife, Ankita Konwar.
Speaking about the spirit behind this ambitious run, Milind shared with the press, "The Fit Indian Run is a personal expression of my belief that fitness can unify us as a nation. It’s not just about physical strength; it’s about mental perseverance and the determination to push boundaries."
