1 cup Tomato Puree

½ tsp sugar

½ tsp Vinegar

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp chili flakes

Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, mix maida, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, salt, and yogurt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 1 hourCovered.
Step 2: Sauté the Veggies
Heat oil in a pan and lightly sauté onions, bell peps, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Add salt, chili flakes, and oregano. Set Aside.
Step 3: Make the Pizza Sauce
In the same pan, sauté garlic and onions until golden. Add Tomato Puree, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Oregono, and Chili Flakes. Cook until thick.
Step 4: roll out the dough
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll Each Into A Slightly Thick Roti. Prick the base with a form to prevent puffing.
Step 5: Cook The Pizza Base
Heat a tawa (griddle) and lightly cook one side of the base. Flip, then Spread Sauce, Veggies, and Cheese.
Step 6: Add Toppings & Cheese
Sprinkle mozzarella, basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil. Cover and Cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
Step 7: Serve Hot!
