
Emergency Landing of IndiGo Flight
IndiGo flight 6E 2006, which was en route from Delhi to Leh, had to make an emergency landing due to technical difficulties. According to reports, the aircraft returned shortly after reaching Leh and landed safely back in Delhi. Approximately 180 individuals, including crew members, were on board the Airbus A320-251N. The flight turned back from Chakkula.

IndiGo Flight Halts at Bhubaneswar Airport
Earlier on Wednesday, an IndiGo flight 6E 6101 preparing to depart from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata was grounded when the pilot alerted air traffic control (ATC) about a suspected technical malfunction. In response, ATC instructed the aircraft to return to the parking bay to ensure passenger safety. The plane was promptly taken off the runway, and all passengers were safely disembarked. There were no reports of injuries or panic among the passengers, and airport staff assisted with the disembarkation process.
Technical Issues at Raipur Airport
On the same day, a tense situation arose at Raipur Airport when passengers on an IndiGo flight from Delhi to Raipur were trapped inside the aircraft for nearly 40 minutes due to a jammed door after landing.
The flight, which was scheduled to land at 2:25 PM, experienced a technical issue that caused the exit door to jam, delaying the disembarkation process. Despite a smooth landing, passengers remained in the cabin for over half an hour while ground staff worked to resolve the issue.
Bomb Threat Incident at Nagpur Airport
On Tuesday morning, another IndiGo flight (6E 2706) operating on the Muscat-Kochi-Delhi route made an emergency landing at Nagpur Airport following a bomb threat. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police Lohit Mathani, all passengers were safely evacuated after the emergency landing. Airport security and bomb disposal teams immediately initiated a thorough investigation. DCP Mathani confirmed, "Nothing suspicious has been found so far." He added that precautionary measures are being strictly followed while the investigation continues.
